Event Damage / Venue Policy

The client is responsible for securing venue access, permissions, and any required certificates of insurance.

Envy Decor is responsible for damage caused by our own installation work. The client is responsible for damage caused by guests to our rented or installed items.

Rented equipment must remain available for pickup at the agreed breakdown time. Late or missing items are billed at replacement cost.

Outdoor installations are weather-dependent. Where weather makes an install unsafe, we will move to a covered area or reschedule the affected elements.
