When refunds are issued and how they are processed.
Deposits are non-refundable because they reserve your date and cover early preparation.
Balance payments are refundable if Envy Decor cancels or cannot perform the service as agreed.
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method and typically post within 5–10 business days.
Partial refunds may apply where part of a service was delivered. Refund status is tracked on your order.
