Every design is built to order.
- 01Share your date, venue, colors, and must-haves.
- 02We review scope and send a line-item quote.
- 03Approve the quote and pay a deposit to reserve the date.
- 04We install on-site, style the focal areas, and break down after.
Setup, venue & travel
What we need from you.
- — Venue access is needed 2–4 hours before guest arrival for most installations.
- — Backdrops and arches require a level surface and a wall or anchor point.
- — Outdoor installations are weather-dependent; a shaded or covered area is strongly recommended.
- — Travel within the Chicago area is included up to 20 miles; beyond that a travel fee applies.
- — Breakdown service is quoted separately and can be scheduled same night or next morning.
Customization is the default. Colors, scale, theme, and finish are all adjusted to your event — if you can describe it, we can quote it.
