Cancellation Policy

Hair appointments: reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment and your deposit transfers to the new date. Inside 48 hours the deposit is forfeited.

Event décor and catering: cancellations more than 30 days before the event forfeit the deposit only. Inside 30 days, additional charges may apply for materials already purchased and staffing already committed.

No-shows forfeit the full deposit and may require prepayment on future bookings.
