Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed only when the required deposit has been received.

Service dates are held on a first-confirmed basis. Scope changes may change your price and are documented as a revised quote.

Envy Decor reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service where conditions are unsafe, abusive, or materially different from what was described.
